I was looking for a list of in-season chinese vegetables because these go well for me, so this was perfect.
One of my favorite recipes is:
Chinese green bean with carrots, garlic, and bit of ginger.
-Just cook a bunch of chinese green beans (steamed is fine)
-add peeled, sliced carrots,
-2-3 cloves of garlic, minced
-1/2 inch minced ginger
remove from heat when green beans and carrots are al dente.
-add olive oil.
(asparagus and bit of celery, brown onion, green broccoli can also be added for heartier dish.)
